Is there a way to FORCE your customers to have to pay the credit card fee, instead of giving them the choice of paying it or having the seller/paypal owner pay it? I would like that to be automatic at checkout that the customer has to pay it. IF this is not possible is there a way to turn off the option of them paying by credit card and just forcing them to use their bank account? I have searched all over the account options and this forum and have found NOTHING that answers this! Thanks!

as far as i know, you would still get charged a fee. more recently, paypal changed it so you pay a fee on all purchases. if you dont check it off as a purchase, you have no protection at all from disputing a problem. so in essence, you pay the fee on all purchases whether its credit card or bank account
for ebay specifically, they state if you accept paypal, you must accept all forms and cannot discriminate against credit card. paypal says you may not charge the buyer the fee, but should rather incorporate all costs into the items total cost.
