How do I fix Fatal Failure error when click on Donate button

I get a Fatal Failure error when copy and paste the script to create the donate button. I am using cold fusion and here is the cript.

I am getting the same error, but only when using Internet explorer 8. If I use chrome to go to the donate button on my site, it works fine.
