My PayPal balance is negative, and I called customer service and they told me I could use a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or Moneypak to transfer funds onto my account. I got a Visa prepaid greendot card and it says I can use the temporary card for online purchases and on the telephone which requires no pin. You CANNOT use temp card for purchases that require a pin. I tried adding this card to my account and I did a little research and it says you cannot load any gift cards or prepaid cards onto your Paypal account! So I am just in a mess right now, tried calling customer service and it says their offices are closed. I need to know how I can transfer this money to my Paypal or when customer service will be open tomorrow if they even will on Easter....Any suggestions or help would be appreciated thanks.
