Really Confused ---- Paid Surveys....Occasional receipt of $$$$$

I have spent a couple of hours researching for a straight answer on receiving funds.... I have an account and have had for about 7-8 years. I have recently begun taking paid surveys and doing other things that  will permit me to get a few $$$ here and there including payment from the surevy co's.      I have seen simmilar questions with very inconsistent answers. So here I go. Thanks in advance to all who reply!

1) In order to receive payments from paid survey companies , do I need to set up a business or premier acct? etc.

2) If not , is all I need to provide them with so they can send paymnet via their PPaccount just my PP account login e-mail address.

3) If other individualsneed to send me money occasionaly through their PP account , is all they need ismy PP account address.......... Sometimes Ignorance is Not Bliss!!!!!!!!!!!!
