The term "completed" what does this mean?

Hello everyone.  I have a few questions.  In my account under the  "date" column it has my transactions etc.  For example, I have a transaction where I drew money from paypal to transfer to my bank.  I did this on December 16th or that is what it says on my account page anyway.  It says it is completed. I understand that it takes several days, usually atleast 3 to get money from paypal into your bank.  This is the 18th so its only been 2 days.  How is it complete or why does it say complete?  The money is not into my account at all.  I understand it is a weekend day today but the word "complete" is throwing me off.  I assumed everything is "complete" once the money is in my account.  This is not the case here.  I appreciate all of your help everyone, thanks.

Hello chadecollins

I can see where this may be confusing so I will be happy to explain.  In your situation, the word 'complete' means that we have completed your request to transfer the funds out of your PayPal account to your bank account.  This does not mean the funds have posted at your bank as we have no way of knowing when that occurs.  Typically 3-4 business days is the time it will take for the funds to post and be available in your bank.

Have a safe and happy holiday season and I wish you well.
