i have a pretty big payment floating around somewhere. i sent the buyer a email account that i thought was linked to paypal and it wasnt. i called customer service and they simply told me to add the email account and everything should be fine.
well, i recived a confermation email saying the money was sent but its still not in my paypal account. is the buyer going to have to cancel the payment and send again to the primary email?

BSmith89- That actually should've worked. When a payment is sent to an email address that isn't presently on your account, adding it and confirming it should allow the payment to process to your PayPal balance. I'm baffled as to why it wouldn't work...
At this point, your best bet would be for the buyer to cancel the payment and resend it to the correct email address. Sorry for the confusion with this.
