what does this mean.....In Process,Issue refund..???

I know the title should speak for itself but I am a bit confused.....I was looking at my activity for a certain time and I saw  In Process, Issue refund....this was found after the payment status of a customer on my activity page.....I have not been notified of any problems....I have had no correspondence of any problems with the transaction....so what is this all about and where can I find more info on this if there is a problem...I have sent them a note asking if they recieved the item ok....??????  thanks in advance...Notagain

I am a brand new ebay seller and have come acrossed the same message an a paypal payment. I went round and round trying to figure it out for several hours (literally). Do I ship? I then noticed the "details" option to the left of the message and clicked on it. It told me exactly what I wanted to know, the package is "OK TO SHIP". They were simply holding the payment because I was a new account holder.  I feel all of your frustrations! I hope this helps your situation. Good luck Notagain!
