I have been refunded for an item that was not as described . The refund was sent to my credit card, But my CC is not able to accept funds except funds from any other source except from the government . The CC is issued to me for my Disability payments . I was unaware that the CC couldn't accept any monies from any other source until this happened . So now the money has been refunded and it is basically floating in limbo .... I cannot accept it, Paypal doesn't show it in my account ... So does anyone one have any ideas of what I can do about this Or how I can get the refund ? Will Paypal just send a paper check or how does it work ? Thank you for any help you may be able to give me ...
