Shipping cost ???

I requested a credit from the seller and it was approved.  I shipped the item back and received the credit for the item only.   I was expecting the seller to credit my account for shipping both ways also but they did not.   Is this policy with  e-bay sellers or an e-bay policy or a pay-pal policy?    Any comments???    lemeno

The refund for the shipping costs will depend on what the seller states in their posting. Most sellers will not refund for shipping and will state it on their listing. It also depends on the reason for the return. If the item was misleading in any  than you should file a claim with paypal in the resolution center. When I returned my item the seller graciously reimbursed me for shipping costs to and from since it was an error on their part. Just ask the seller if they will refund for shipping.
