Hi,
I used my bank account to do a top-up to my paypal. The $ had already been deducted from my bank and since it take 1-2 business days to process, the amount is yet to be shown in my paypal balance.
But however this is what it happens.. after several hours i decided to back out by cancelling the transaction for the top-up as i decided to link my bank account to paypal instead. So, for this scenario, is the money going to refund back to my bank account or the process will still continue take place since i had already link it with my bank account.
