Hi

I ordered some shoes on ASOS on the 23rd, then realised I chose the incorrect delivery method so cancelled it and re-ordered.

The second payment has debited my account. But the first is ear marked on my account.

When will the 1st payment be cancelled on paypal. It is currently showing as pending.

Many Thanks

Hi natiom,

It sounds like your original order may have been voided on your merchant’s order site, but not through their PayPal account. I’ll look into this offline and will send you an update directly to the primary email address on your PayPal account.

Hope this helps,
Maria

Hello,

The same thing has happened to me, with an ASOS order.

It is possible to look into releasing the funds on my account?

Thanks.

Hi,

This same thing happened to me and I contacted ASOS about it. They just told me that they have not debited my account. What should I do?

Please can you 'release' my pending funds. I have received confirmation from asos that the order has been cancelled and quote ' Have not been charged for this order'. However the funds have not been refunded. When can I expect this to happen? More appropriate to pay by card it seems?
