I would like to block payment to SAFECART 8773709229.
I have informed SAFECART i have cancelled my subscription to them as i have never used them.
So if they ask for payment please refuse payment.

I went on paypal and canceled a payment that is pending in my acct. from this safe cart.
has any one ever won a disput to get their money back..If paypal cannot get my money back then I will cancel with paypal and never use paypal again if I can't trust them with my information.

I just love paypal. I received a withdrawal notice for a reoccurring payment to safecart????. The paypal customer service person was right here in USA. She walked me through the whole process of changing my pass word and taking care of stopping the payment to safecart. She was the best ever. I never heard of safecart. Anyway she fixed it. Same here... Safe Cart have taken out two payments from my PayPal account in two days, one for £23 and another for £8. I did not aurthorize any payments to SafeCart and I want a refund, I've never even heard of 'SafeCart' until yesterday... Who the hell are they?

I have had my credit card charged twice from this SafeCart for something I know nothing about. I will only pay for anything on the internet using PayPal. But the question I ask how can have to pay for something which I did not request. How safe is PayPal

Fluffy99, you need to log into your account and follow the steps that have been provided by Paula just above your post. If you are having trouble doing this you can contact our customer service department who will help you further. Click on contact us at the bottom of your page to call or email.
Love123, Granmakim46, Firemanjonny and jon157uk, if you didn't set up the billing agreement/subscription or you have unauthorised payments then let us know and we can investigate the transactions on your behalf. Once we confirm it was not you who made the payments we can reimburse you so you won’t be out of pocket.
Kecinc, once you keep your password for PayPal secure then your account will be fine. Run regular virus scans on your computer and do change the password on a regular basis. Keep your password on PayPal unique to PayPal as well, so don't use the same password on any other accounts online. (Online shopping accounts, social network sites etc.)
Again as above if you didn't authorise a payment in your PayPal account let us know and we will cover you for this amount. You shouldn't be out of pocket for payments you did not authorise in your PayPal account.

Thanks Lucy! The password was changed, when I reported the unautherized charge. I hope this takes care of the problem. I will keep an eye on charges from now on. Paypal is really doing a great job with customer care: Larry

Hi !
I have been "used" by "Safecart" (37 and 12 USD), too. But now I have got a refund and I can
see in my "My preapproved payments" that "SafeCart" is canceled, thank you, I did nothing.
I don´t like to have "SafeCart" in "My preapproved payments" at all, even if there
are written "canceled" under "status".
So my question is:
When will SafeCart disappear from my preapproved payments ?
