Bought something on Newegg then cancelled it and paypal refunded me then charged me again.

I am wondering when paypal is going to "refund" me back for the transaction that i cancelled. I talked to a Paypal employee and she said 42-72 hours i will recieve it i was wondering if i can get it faster. the transaction doesn't even show on my paypal account anymore it says pending on it.
