Can I get a refund on a PayPal Invoice I have paid?

I recently - with the last week - paid an invoice that had been sent to me be by an Australian supplier.

After I paid it the supplier has not been in contact with me despite various emails.

Can I request that the money is refunded?

What rights do I have?

File for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account > put in what has happened and escalate the dispute to a claim.
