I opened a claim against a seller and won my refund and the case was closed. Then I got an email saying it was open so I closed the case, now it's saying it's being reviewed and I'm really confused. I can't seem to find a straight answer from paypal.
If my claim is being reviewed, will I be charged or have to repay? I thought a closed case was closed the end. I already won, after a month of of disputing, why wont they tell me what's going on? It just says it'll contact me for further information if needed.
I just want to know what will happen from here, if I will have to repay or what is going on, but can't find the answer and the customer service is all automated so wont answer my questions.
Thank you all.

Hi there,
Welcome to the PayPal Community.
If you received a refund it means the decision was made and is final. It sound slike the other party may have appealed the decision, however this will not affect your outcome.
