I purchased this online set of courses for my wife.  Once we had paid and took at the look at the content we discovered it had been just copied from youtube and other free sources on the internet.

We noticed the company immediately and asked for a refund as per their lifetime satisfaction guarantee.

We heard nothing.

We openend an initinal investigation with Paypal but it was closed before we could follow up --we had a death in the family and were otherwise occupied.

It is only 50.00 but we are out of the money.

Visa has indicated that for us to file a fraud charge it would be through Paypal itself , not the merchant who received the funds, and we have never had a problem with Paypal.

If anyone can offer assistance in obtaining a refund from these fraudsters, please do not hesitate to post.

Sorry but there is no buyer protection on paypal for "services".

They only cover tangible items that can be posted to a buyer and that is probably why your dispute was just closed.

If the transaction was funded from Credit Card Source you can recover the money ( from paypal) that way.

Lesson Learnt .. Dont use Paypal for Services !
