the online site selling fake abercrombie items did not leave anycontact details, so cannot get in touch with them to gain a refund, so am asking how I can gain the refund even though Icannot gain access to my old account where the transaction went through. I have started a new account but this cannot start a dispute - but I do have the bank statement showing the paypal transaction number.
If you cannot access your old account by phone and wish to dispute this transaction then you need to call us so we can manually file a claim. You will find our number by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of any PayPal page and select the 'Call Us' option.
