G2A Refund

I purchased a game on G2A, but the key they gave me didnt work.

They asked me to wait 3 days for the seller, i have done this and then they just asked me to wait 3 more days.

I dont want to wait any longer and i want a refund for my item, so i can purchase it from someone else, but they say that they cannot give me a refund until the end of the 3 days and there is no refund button on the paypal purchase.

How do i get a refund ASAP!!

Open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item.

I have done this, but it said that this can take upto 20 days!

Correct  so you have to be patient and wait.
