Game.co.uk order not completed

Hi there, I went to order some items from Game.co.uk and went to pay using paypal. The game website said the order hadn't been completed but Paypal are showing the payment as pending. I have contacted game and they have cancelled the order, and I have since bought the items in a different way, but what can I do to get the money back from PayPal?

Normally a payment is pending to a company until they process your order and collect the payment.

If not then it normally "bugs out" at 30 days.

I'm stating how the system normally works.

Whether you have to wait 30 days or not i don't know, i suggest you contact your funding source and see if they can cancel the pending status.
