Guest Debit Card Refund

 Hi, I recently bought a gaming mouse and a mouse pad on ebay. I want to return them as they are not what I expected, but I do not know how to issue a refund to my debit card. I paid with the debit card but I did it in PayPal guest, so I don't know if the refund will get transfered to my paypal account not the debit card if I provide them with my paypal email to issue the refund. If I provide them with my email from my paypal account, will the money be given to my debit card or paypal balance? Help please.

I'm sorry to hear that the items you've ordered are not what you've expected them to be but I would like to put your mind at ease and asure you that when a refund is issued for a guest payment, it's always issued to a card that was used to initiate the transaction in the first place.

Please rememeber you can initiate an official claim with the seller by contacting us directly via Social Media (Twitter @AskPayPal or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK) or via COntact option at the bottom of any PayPal page.

If you will decide to post the items back to the seller, please make sure to keep the shipping receipt and the tracking number, this is crucial to ensure you receive your full refund.
