Hi not sure if this is the correct topic section so feel free to move it!

Hello, I have some recent disputes on my account from people who have either disputed a payment against me on ebay or have had their accounts stolen or used without their permisson.

As I sell on ebay, im 100% positve feedback and legit. I never scam and have never scammed anyone since i started.

People with low feedback see to try to dispute payments against me for some reason.

However this is my situation... Please read!

As the items i sell on ebay are non physical goods, like xbox live membership codes and things like that, their is no offical tracking number or delivery. So when a buyer opens a dispute claiming he hasnt received the item, and then paypal ask me for a tracking number, what do i do as there isnt one as i send the item via email to the buyer.

However I do have proof that I send the items as the buyers leave me positive feedback after i mark the item as dispatched and when they leave me positve feedback, surely that evidence that they have recived the item?

This is my situation as in ALL on my 6 diputes, the items i sold to them were non physical delivery and sent via email so all i have is evidence of them leaving me positive green feedback which surely indicates that they have recieived the item which they purchashed? Even this happens on ebay when you buy like an ipod, once you get it in the post, and make sure its working ect, you then leave positive feedback, surely its the same thing for me once i send them the item and they get it via email and leave me positive feedback. The feedback i got for all 6 disputes the items were sent via email and i recieved all positve feedback from each person who purchased from me.

What do I do to submit my case as I am stock alot of money now from people claim they didnt get items even though they submitted me positive feedback?

Thanks.

Also sorry for the gramaer trying using a iphone pen as my screen has a crack 😞

Firstly are you actually allowed to sell those items on ebay as this is what it states >>>

Selling Digital Items

A digital item is a computer file or special information that you can access online or have delivered electronically. Digitally delivered goods and items which are transferred electronically are not permitted on eBay. Some examples of digital items are:

  • Electronic books or ebooks

  • Digital pictures

  • Other electronic documents

Secondly if they are in that category and you are selling them then you risk your ebay account being suspended and of course you won't have seller protection if a dispute is raised.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Sorry for the double post but just to add im not saying like "well if they jumped off a bridge would you to kind of thing" im just saying how do these people deal with it for so many yers and for over thousands of tranaction for virtual goods like xbox codes, how do they prevent and deal with things like this because at one point they surely would have told ebay about the stuff they sell?

The amout of times ive been on ebay live chat and theyve asked me for the product link that caused the dispute and would have seen in the item description that i send it via email, and at no point have they ever said anything about it. They just helped me with the dispute?
