The seller return my refund 2 months ago,and the PayPal record shows that the money has already been return to my PayPal balance and transaction is done.However,my PayPal balance is 0￡ until now.And I checked my bank account,the refund is also not in there.So,could you help me check where my refund gone?Thank you very much. I understand that you have not been able to locate the refund you received some time ago.

If you paid by card the refund can take up to 30 days starting from the refund date. In most cases, the refund will be completed within 7 business days but it can take up to 30 days. The money will be added back to your card.

If you paid by bank the refund can take up to 7 business days starting from the original transaction date. The money will be added back to your PayPal balance. Please keep in mind that when you make payments we will use the balance first. This means that we could have used the refund for a payment you made. You can check this in your transaction history.
