Hi all, I have sold an item via a forum on the web. I got the payment, for goods and services from an verified account. Just when I had accepted the payment the buyer sends a mail saying that he wants to cancel the transaction. If I send him a refund, can the balance be drawn from my credit card, I.e his money will not clear from his card issuer and I send him a refund that is charged from my credit card balance and he gets away with the money? Thanks! /David

If the funds are in your paypal account balance when you refund then those funds will be used for the refund.
Make sure you use the "refund" option and not the send money option.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for your answer. The amount is visible on my account side. I will issue the refund.
