Is it possible to cancel a PENDING refund?

I sold an item and a buyer doesnt want it at first so i refund them, however the i need to withdraw funds from the bank. while it is still being withdrawn and is pending, the buyer changes mind and decides they want it anyway. Is there a way to cancel this pending refund?

Not really no, if it refunds back to the buyer just ask him to re-pay you again.

For the future you NEVER refund a buyer until you have the item returned back to you first.
