JD sports order canceled but payment completed

JD sports canceled my order because their security review team said there is invalid address information. I called JD and they told me no money has been taken by them and asked me to contact paypal. The payment status in paypal is completed. but there is nothing shows about the refund. I was trying to call paypal but no REAL human beings answer. I called barclays as well and they told me that paypal is holding the money so contact paypal............ 

anyone can help me ?

Are you sure its showing as completed and not pending next to the transaction in your paypal account?

 

If it is defo completed then try opening a dispute for ''non receipt of item'' > putting in what has happened and escalating to a claim when you get that option.

yes it shows completed.

PayPal may have put the funds into a holding account, which may show as a pending transaction but the funds have not been received by us. This issue needs to be addressed with PayPal.
