Ok guys so i purchased something on ebay, using paypal, but i returned it and got a full refund..i got the notification through my email saying ive been fully refunded..and the money was sent on to my bank account card etc..but i checked my bank account and there is no money in it...also i checked my paypal accountand it says my balance is £0.0.00 so whats going on? does it take time for the money to go back in to my bank account or something?
Exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday. I hve received an email frm paypal saying that a refund has been done, ut my paypal account is 0 even today...
Same thing has happened to me, was refund for an item postoffice did not deliver, My paypal account bal is 0.00, and not credit has appreared on my statemnet, how long does it take????
Card refunds generally take 2 to 3 working days to appear back on your statement once the complete from PayPal. Some banks can take up to 30 days to issue refunds back so if you cannot see the refund after 5 working days I would advise you to contact the bank directly.
Can you help me to answer me question please? The seller refunded my money back to PayPal but I wanted to be in my bank account Is it going to transferm automatically??
i can see that the payment was recieved on paypal but when i try to withdraw funds, it tels me that there is nothing to withdraw right now from paypal balance and i double checked my bank account and the money is still not there
If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
