Hi,
I received an email this morning from paypal advising me I had made an automatic renewal payment to match.com having not been on the website for 5 months. I have contacted match.com and they have said
"I am pleased to confirm that your subscription renewed on 18-12-2014 has now been charged back by "PayPal". When this happens, we no longer have access to the funds on our side.
The funds should be available to you. If not, you would need to contact "PayPal" to release the payment.
I would like to confirm that I have now cancelled your renewal, so rest assured that you will not be charged again."
I cannot see any funds available or any note on my paypal account advising that payment has been charged back or the money is on hold. Do I just need to give it more time? this happened around 5 hours ago.

I would give it 24 hours and if nothing contact customer services >>>>>
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
