You have been scammed. Never sell CSGO Skins for paypal money. Always use a third party service like OPSKINS. Paypal payments can be chargedback like this guy has done. Unfortunately you will not see your skins or your money again. Always be wary of people offering real money for skins.

He probably gave you a false paypal email (that he probably owns) and will deny recieving the items since you've techincally sent them to the wrong address
