Paypal closed my case without returning my funds

I filed a unauthorized transaction dated feb 04 and after 7days paypal closed my case without returning my funds, I filed a case because there have been someone using my account and all of my money was send to facebook for billing and i really didnt know who used my account I explained this to paypal that someone used my account and money but they didnt listen instead they closed my claim and told me that the money was send to facebook as a part of a billing agreement and they didnt see anything wrong and if I am not satisfied with the result i should contact the merchant, for god sake why would I contact the merchant if I am not the one who did that billing agreement and I am not also connected to fb, I've lost $600+ to this provider, I thought that paypal is a great provider and my money would be safe and secure here but I was very wrong, that $600+ was my daughters funds, I hardly earned it for her supplies and medicines, now that money was in fb hands how lucky they are, I was so very disappointed in this provider, I hope someone could help me return back my money, I live in the philippines by the way

Check nothing is set up in here.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
