Hi All

I really hope someone can help, I joined skype and selected for the one month free trial they take £1 from yoru account then it gets refunded when you cancel the trial, I  stupidly forgot the skype log in, so I requested a password reset and I get sent a token password, I copy and paste and it says token doesn't exist, I have contacted skye and even sent them step by step  screen prints of the issue and no one is interested, now in two weeks I'm going to be charged by skpe! I feel completely trapped as I can not cancel the payment as it is pending and has been for two weeks, I am pulling my hair out, lost my job last week and this is drivingme insane.  I googled password token doesn't work for skype and it seems they are scamming loads of people 😞

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

1.Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2.Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3.Select ‘My money'.
4.In the ‘My pre-approved payments’ section, click ‘Update'.
5.Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
6.Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request

When going to your "profile" be sure to double click on the tab to open the full Profile page as you may not get all the options if you just hover you mouse over it. Once the page loads you will see the section that says "my money.
