I purchased a camera online from Curry's, paying by Paypal. It was a gift for my husband, and he doesn't want it. The email from Currys say they will only give a credit note if paid by paypal. Is this right??
If you didn't get your item then you can file a dispute for non receipt of item via the ''resolve a problem'' link lower left of your paypal summary page.
Fill in any info you have of what has happened and escalate it to a claim.
Then you should get a full refund if you met the criteria of buyer protection.

Thank you. I finally managed to get hold of Currys on the phone, and they say they will collect it and refund me, but if I return it to the shop I can only get a credit note! So I will wait in for them to collect
