Refund from asos send straight to credit card but not there

I received a refund from asos 2 days ago and in trasnaction history it states it was withdrawn straight away and transferred to my credit card. It hasnt been withdrawn into my credit card however and appears to be 'lost'. WHere has the money gone?

Takes from 7-30 days to process back to your c.c. although i have found it is nearer the 7.
