Refund is complete, but I haven't received my money

Hi, 

I received a refund from ebay and I had an email from paypal on Thursday 15/09/2011 saying that it has cleared and will be reflected in my paypal balance. I have checked my paypal balance, paypal transactions and my personal bank balance and I haven't received anything. All my details are correct, can anyone tell me what's going on?

same here i got same email 2day and i cant seemed to find the money anywere!  whats going on

Could be a timing thing.

I had £1 deducted from my bank account 9 Sept, did not notice til 14 Sep rang paypal they confirmed no tranactionas at all for £1 on paypal account so send proof and they will retun £1.

Today I see £1 transaction on my account as a payment for an item I purchased for £4.95.

Hey guys,

If you receive a refund for a card transaction then the funds will go back to that card and should appear on your statement in 2 to 3 working days.

Hello, I am having the very same issue as Callum. It has been over 3 months and I have never seen my refund in my bank account or paypal, yet it says that it is complete. It is a considerAble fund. What can I do and why has this happened? Thanks

How did you fund the original paypal payment that was refunded.

1. Bank account via instant transfer.

2. Card.

Then it should have gone back to that card, if it did not show then contact customer services and see if they can trace it for you.
