Refund problemss??

I recently recied a refund from an ebay seller and it says on my ebay inbox that the refund has been reufnded. then in my paypal account it says that the refund has gone back to the card i paid with wich is fine.

however wen i look in my account the money has not gone in ??

help!

Hey there,

Once a refund shows as ‘completed’ to your card it should appear on your statement within 2 to 3 working days.

I was ment to get my refund to day and havent received it yet and that was from Wednesday the 7th of October so I was wondern when I would get it

Has the seller refunded?

Is it showing in your transaction history and have you received the refund email?

Is it marked as temp hold?

Is it marked as completed?

How did you fund the original paypal payment that was refunded??

Yes it does say on my transaction history and yes I got a email and its mark complete. And I phoned up m&m and they said it will get funded and its not yet went on to my balance

I used my bank card to pay it
