Ripped off by Light in the Box

I have been ripped off by this company and PayPal are claiming that I have received the item when I haven't. Is this how they treat all their customers because if it is I will not use them again. What the **bleep** is the protection for!! Update. I have sorted my problem now by a very nice man from customer service and I am very happy with the outcome. Thanks PayPal

Normally paypal only find in the sellers favour if they provide a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to your paypal registered address.
