Fortunately I looked at my email that night. I am not sure if they accessed my account through my paypal business debit or hacked paypal's account. It was for $50 exactly. Metro has an awful customer service system so I won't be able to find out whose bill was paid with my account until Monday. If anyone has had any similar charges please share.
