Warning about using PayPal on Cash Generator Online Shop Website
Dear All,
First time poster, so be gentle!
Having looked, ordered and paid for an item from Cash Generator's Website (£75.00), i heard nothing for several days.
Yesterday received an email from them telling me the item i had ordered and paid for had actually been sold "sometime ago" and that "but the system has not automatically removed it from the website as it should". They said they would refund the money and apologised.
I am really upset by this terrible service, because of course, paypal have now put a hold on my funds, which means it will take a couple of weeks to get my money back, in the meantime my son goes without his gift from his Dad, whilst i wait for my money.
How do you explain that level of incompetence to an 11 year old boy excited about an xbox 360!!
