I just found out on my mobile bank app, and it shows up that I have transferred my money to someone this month, and it cost £187, I didn’t transfer money to this person or company, what should I do to get my money back, I checked with my bank already, they said I need to ask on PayPal, and I don’t know how to contact PayPal by email.
