My sister recently received a refund froma company for goods she returned, but she couldnt see the money in her Paypal account, She contacted Paypal who told her she had made a flip payment, I cant find out what this means, does anyoner out there know please?
Yes it was a card, no it hasnt been refunded to the original card, her bank account or to Paypal. It was over 2 weeks ago so it certainly isnt hiding somewhere.
