iOffer Scam

Hoping someone can give me some advice/help, I ordered a pair of shoes from iOffer a few days ago and paid using PayPal when the seller sent me an invoice. The seller has now said that the items have been shipped and provided a tracking number but his page has since disappeared from iOffer altogether and he is no longer replying to my messages. Im assuming this is a scam because i've read about the same thing happening to other people when the sellers page disappears after they claim they've dispatched the item. Not sure what I should do now I want to open a dispute on PayPal but I'm not sure if i should wait until the estimated delivery date has passed so that I can be certain I'm not going to receive the shoes. I'm really hoping that PayPal will be able to refund the money if this is a scam as otherwise i've lost £50 😞

If you paid via an invoice then you have paypal buyer protection for non receipt of item up to 180 days post payment.
