I have recently ordered new business cards from Vistaprint as I am starting up a new business...... as I got to the checkout/cart I was offered a website on a FREE months trial etc etc..... which I took up. After I had placed my order, I went to the 'build your website' option and , lo! and behold, found that the website address I had just requested to be printed on my new Business cards was 'unavailable'. There was no option to check availability BEFORE placing your order....... there was no option to change/edit business card details AFTER your order..... so I have just wasted £45+ .
My fault, maybe?..I don't think so.... but I wouldn't want others to do the same as £45 is a large amount of money when you are just starting out....
