Hi, guys. This is a question for people who have had a 1099-K and compared to their yearly summary. I'm trying to figure out how to use the Yearly Summary under Reports to calculate what the gross amount will be on a 1099-K. For instance, I know that "Payments received seems to be my gross payments received before fees and refunds. However, does anything else contribute to my gross amount? For instance, I bought something using Paypal and got a refund under "Refunds received". Also, I used my Paypal card and bought something and got a refund under "Debit card returns". Does this count towards the gross amount? "Other activity" and "Credit card cashback" are two others I'm curious about.
So, in short, do the following in the Yearly Summary count towards the gross amount on the 1099-K:
1. Refunds received.
2. Debit card returns.
3. Other activity.
4. Credit card cashback.
