1099-K form but it says "Your account is not eligible for any tax documents in 2022"

I'm trying to receive my 1099-K form but it says "Your account is not eligible for any tax documents in 2022", even though I've made well over 20,000. But I did not reach 200 transactions. Is this the reason as to why I'm not receiving my 1099-K? If anyone could help.
