1099 tax form won’t load

Everything on PayPal is working perfectly I go to my tax documents to load my 1099 form and it just constantly loads acts like it’s wanting to load some thing but nothing ever happens it’s been like this for several days I’ve tried different browsers going on different peoples computers they all do the same thing I have no idea what to do and this is holding me up from doing my taxes and there is no one to talk to from PayPal worst customer service

Here's what I found on this issue: 

Payment processing services, such as PayPal, are required to issue a 1099-K form to the IRS for reporting the sales of their customers (businesses) who receive more than $20,000 in a single year AND who conduct more than 200 transactions. So if your business gets income from several different sources – like PayPal, checks, and cash – you might not need to report a 1099-K form unless you earn more than $20,000 via PayPal.

It's now March 15th and I have still not had access to my 1099's. Both 2019 and 2020 years.

I contacted paypal and they have just said they are "working on the issue" but have given no ETA.

Same. It’s ridiculous. I HAVE to file my taxes 😞

I'm going to see if I can report the issue to the IRS that Paypal is holding our 1099's hostage and not allowing us to file our taxes. I'm going to call the IRS today to see if they can pressure Paypal to fix the issue. I suggest you do the same to help fast track the solution!

Hi, Did you figure out how to get 1099? I called again and still waiting on a call as PayPal insists they cannot email it to me.
