1099k reconcile csv statement messed up and jumbled

hello

tryin to do my taxes but my 1099 k reconcile report is so messed up

it has like 10 transactions and they are all jumbled up 

i should have way more than that on there

i cannot do my taxes now because of this error paypal made on the file

how do i remedy this?
