Dispute that is closed but i havent received order and cant re open

I put through a dispute as a buyer and PayPal has closed In favour of seller however I am so mad as I have been robbed for £300 and revieved nothing. The close date was today so will lot let me re raise it. Its a joke

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim before it auto closed 20 days after opening it?

The dispute stage is just for negotiation between you and the seller so if no refund or item you have to escalate to a claim for paypal to get involved.

You have up to 20 days to escalate and can do so at any time as long as its 7 days post payment.

It tells you all that on the email you receive after opening the dispute.
