Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! Sorry to hear you've run into some speed-bumps accessing your history. You should be able to go back up to 3 years in your PayPal Activity. You can also download a report of your transaction activity for up to the past 7 years with the steps in this Help Center article: How do I view and download statements and reports?
