I got an email from META that I would get a 1099-K from Paypal. It was lost in the mail. How do I get a copy? It is not available for download in my account and I did contact customer service which was no help.

I understand your concern about receiving 1099K from us. You can access and download your 1099-K from your PayPal account. Only if your account is eligible to receive the form, we'll post it on your and you will be notified that the form is available to access. Please check this link to get a copy of it.
