I haven't received Paypal confirmation email for a purchase

There are missing transactions in my activity list from a specific vendor. I'm I also missing some confirmation Emails from Paypal although the payments have gone through. The vendor confirmed payment but there is no record of it anywhere in Paypal, no email, no log. How can I retrieve the records in Paypal?  I do see all other entries in my activity list and for those I also received all Paypal confirmation emails. Seem to be related to a specific vendor.

Thank you Bindu. I've given up on PayPal support, after spending hours and three tickets. To be fair, the supporters have done what they could with their tools and access rights. But I think the problem is deeper in the system. 
I've provided screenshots of my credit card statement (showing the money went to PayPal) and a screenshot from the merchant confirming they received the money, and I gave them the Paypal transaction ID I got from the merchant. 
All to no avail. They can't find the transaction and hence not give me a confirmation of the transaction. From their view it never happend. No confirmation email and nothing in my activity log.
I think they would need to trace the transaction from the merchant's side, but they don't have access unless the merchant opens a ticket. But I'm not going to bother the merchant to spend hours on the computer with support.
Case closed for me, it's ok.

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you've had with Customer Service. That's certainly not what we would want for you to go through, and I apologize.

 

Just to make sure all bases were covered - Is it possible that the transactions were made as Guest payments, using a credit or debit card, without logging in to PayPal? If this was the case for those payments, you still would have been sent an email receipt for the payment, but your email service provider may have filtered or blocked the emails thinking that were spam. Guest payments do not show up in your account activity, due to the fact that there was no login and the account was not utilized.

 

If that situation doesn't apply, I regret that I would have no other insights that a representative looking at your account was unable to offer.
