I recently had to change my password and now all my past activity is gone. Why is this?

I have had my account associated with my email for more than a decade. I had many contacts, past transactions and bank account links, but recently about a couple weeks ago I had a small issue logging in. I did the password reset option and now when I log in it’s like I created my account from scratch. No transaction history no bank links nothing. What gives?
